Former politician Blagojevich was found guilty for trying to sell US Senate seat once held by President Barack Obama. Blagojevich was found guilty in the second trail in a US federal court in Chicago. He was found guilty on 17 of 20 corruption charges.
Blagojevich sentenced maximum 300 years of prison.
“Well, among the many lessons I’ve learned from this whole experience is to try to speak a little bit less, so I’m going to keep my remarks kind of short,” said Blagojevich
Blagojevich served as the 40th Governor of Illinois from 2003 to 2009 & also elected governor in 2002.
